Strength Together
While the symbol that I wear on my neck is religious by nature, this is not a religious post. To me, this cross represents family. It was originally a gift to my father and it contains the birthstones of my mother, father, brother, and me. It was passed on to me when I went to college and started my professional and personal life journey. When presenting it to me, my father so simply and beautifully said, “Now your family will always be with you, no matter where life takes you.”

I thought it was fitting that the logo of a company built on the bedrock of the sacrifices of so many (especially those represented by the birthstones on that cross), blended so well with this powerful symbol that I wear around my neck. A true testament that there is no true strength without the togetherness of family, loved ones, and a synergistic team.

What is in a name? Strength Together Inc. We don’t exist in isolation. Everything that we are is the manifestation of a collection of the actions and sacrifices of others, both directly and indirectly. Veterans Day is a great opportunity to reflect on this.
